We have successfully completed the fourth and final module of our Production Management Certificate Program, designed to strengthen our knowledge and skills in production management. 🎓

📌 The final module, titled “Creating Material + Information + Workflow in Production”, focused on:
 🔹 Barriers to internal production flow and how to overcome them,
 🔹 Material flow – from raw materials to semi-finished and finished products,
 🔹 Information flow control and effectiveness,
 🔹 Key concepts such as tempo, balance, speed, and synchronization,
 🔹 Production flow control systems,
 🔹 And real-world best practices.

Throughout this training, our participants gained valuable insights into managing material, information, and workflow in an integrated way — enhancing efficiency and optimizing production processes.
