🚀 Our Learning Journey at SIO Automotive Continues!

We have successfully completed the third module of our Production Management Certificate Program, titled “New Production Models”, on October 22. 🎓

In this module, we explored:
🔹 Contemporary production approaches such as TPM, LEAN, Six Sigma, TQM, the EFQM Excellence Model, and REDx,
🔹 Key concepts like Muda – Mura – Muri, and Value & Waste,
🔹 As well as the principles of Agile and the Agile Organization mindset.
Through this training, our participants gained a strong perspective on modern production models, focusing on efficiency, quality, agility, and sustainability.

At the end of the program, participants will be awarded an ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers)–approved certificate, delivered by United Partners Academy. 🌍
