At SIO Automotive, we marked International Women’s Day with a gathering that once again highlighted the importance of equal opportunities and an inclusive workplace culture.

During the event held on March 6, with a special address delivered by our General Manager Fuat Serdar AYDIN, we once again emphasized the importance of equal opportunities in the workplace, an inclusive working culture, and the strong role of women in production.

The speech also highlighted the vital contribution of women at every level, from production to leadership, and their key role in the sustainable success of organizations.

The event, also attended by our union representatives, reflected the value of coming together around shared principles and strengthening our commitment to a respectful, inclusive and collaborative work environment.

We celebrate all women who contribute, lead and inspire, and who shape the future with their dedication, knowledge and determination.
